Support Worker - Female Driver with Priory Group in Permanent - Full Time is a people-focused role involving work to hillside £13.75 per hour Hillside has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join team.

Responsibilities: The advert points to join our team, three individuals, aged 17 years and above, who are on the autistic spectrum or who have a learning disability, help residents create and achieve goals, in order to lead a fulfilled and enriched life, and help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents will ensure residents have any personal needs or requirements met; including any personal care, participation in activities or support with daily living tasks 'll complete daily admin including updating person centred support and care plans, updating charts and completing accurate daily notes Maintain professional relationships whilst developing a good rapport with the people who use service, their family, colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders Provide advice and guidance to less experienced staff undertaking similar duties and need to have had a UK driving license for a minimum of 3 years in order to take residents out and about Experience within a similar environment Good communication skills in order to be able to support resident What will give in return want to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role.
