Responsibilities: The advert points to work collaboratively and pro-actively across the Council and with external partners to identify, develop and take forward multi-partner funding applications whilst overseeing and supporting the delivery and management of projects led by the Council or third parties, that are funded by the Council or by funds that the Council is responsible for, help shape the development and improvement of the wider Council services, achieve positive outcomes for the Orkney community and driven to work collaboratively to identify, secure and manage current and new funding and investment opportunities, and include project managing existing Council funds and external funding allocations whilst working collaboratively and proactively with colleagues and wider partners to develop and submit new large multi-disciplinary funding bids, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
