Responsibilities: The advert points to an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Team Leader to lead our Property Team, which is a key role within the Legal & Democratic Directorate, working flexibly and equipment will be provided to support working from home, develop a full range of legal and other skills to advance your career with us, and motivate and inspire the members of your team and will provide direction and give a sense of purpose, whilst creating an environment in which people can do their best work, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring applicants with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, the desire and ability to work collectively and become a key team member, have post-qualified and recent experience of property law and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of a wide range of commercial law matters, and undertake and oversea the provision of advisory work to senior management, ideally with a wide range of experience of major projects, commercial contracts, procurement and public law.
