Responsibilities: The advert points to face and in confrontational situations, and work with sensitive issues on a private and confidential basis, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring the secondary role for this post would be to surveying properties and examining necessary documentation and preparing reports in respect of applications and enforcement action for the regulation of Licences for Houses in Multiple Occupation, Short Term Lets and Landlord Registration.The IndividualYou will have relevant experience in inter-agency working, surveying properties and identification of typical building defects and remedial works, have experience dealing with the public face to face and in confrontational situations, and work with sensitive issues on a private and confidential basis, and have good organisational skills and working to fixed deadlines, good written/oral communication and IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Office 365.
