Employment details: employment type: FULL_TIME and As a key member of the Senior Clinical Team, the Theatre Manager will be integral to the development of the strategic vision and plan for the Theatre department, as well as accountable for delivery of patient pathways that are Caring, Safe, Responsive, Effective and Well Led and The Theatre Manager will be expected to play a key role in the management and strategic development of the Theatre department, working closely with the Head of Clinical Services to deliver a challenging agenda; provide a high-quality service to patients and a positive working environment for staff.
