Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients, be a qualified and accredited CBT and/or DBT Therapist with relevant professional registration (such as BABCP, HCPC, or equivalent), have experience delivering therapeutic interventions to adults and/or young people within a mental health or CAMHS setting, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, safeguarding, and evidence-based practice, and Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
