Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring a candidate with experience in addictions work and a proven background in leading and managing a therapy team, Please only apply if meet these essential criteria, As a Therapy Lead, will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff including psychology, therapy, OT, assistants and any other specialisms that fall within the team’s therapy needs, and Facilitating regular management supervision with individuals in line with Priory policy, using a cascade system with other qualified therapists An agreed reduced level of patient facing clinical hours to create line management responsibility, as agreed with the Private Business and Therapy Manager.
