Responsibilities: The advert points to working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen and deputise when required and Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for patients, staff and visitors Supporting the delivery of specialist dietary requirements and nutritional needs Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and service Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures Assisting with stock control, deliveries and kitchen administration Supporting catering for meetings and special events Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital Who are we looking for?, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
