Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring as a Deputy Manager, will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents, be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a team, and ideally have significant previous experience as a Deputy Manager and demonstrate a genuine commitment to both your personal development and the development of your wider team.
