Responsibilities: The advert points to we provide neurobehavioural rehabilitation for people with complex neurological needs, following an acquired brain injury (ABI) or traumatic brain injury (TBI), This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated RMN or RGN who has previously worked as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or in a similar leadership role within a care home or healthcare setting, What you'll be doing the post holder will play a pivotal role in: Contributing to, or being responsible for, elements of the assessment, planning and implementation of support for people who use the service (or potential new admissions), including meeting general care needs, maximizing independence and community participation as appropriate, in conjunction with the service user and their advocates, and the proper maintenance of all reports and records in order to ensure compliance with good practice guidelines and legislative, statutory and organisational requirements, including but not limited to health and safety, personnel data, care plans, staff supervisions, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring to be successful in, will: Be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and Have a minimum of 2–4 years' post-registration experience, with demonstrable clinical expertise.
