Responsibilities: The advert points to work in a leadership role as well as to be an integral part of an excellent team that provides comprehensive rehabilitation and support to our residents, support people to regain the skills they have lost, staff as required To provide on-site leadership for the team and take an active role in service developments through the use of service user participation strategies, peer review, audit, and evaluation of outcome measures Responsible for overseeing service delivery from referral to discharge to ensure treatment programmes are planned and delivered effectively To maintain an awareness of the caseloads of the team to ensure the most effective and efficient service is provided, and ensure documentation produced by other members of the team is in line with professional and Brainkind standards To be responsible to chair interdisciplinary team meetings and review meetings as appropriate To work with other professionals in managing operational issues of services which cross organisational boundaries To hold responsibility for managing own caseload within an agreed defined clinical area To assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy intervention to meet the assessed needs of service users To monitor attendance of mandatory and other required training for members of team To improve own and others research and development skills through participation in audit projects Facilitating the safe and smooth running of the Service, the post holder is expected to maintain a safe working environment, maintain service user confidentiality, and occasionally taking on reasonable additional tasks About you: Suitable applicants will have a degree/diploma within physiotherapy and be HCPC registered, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
