Responsibilities: The advert points to the post holder will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech and language therapists, enable the People we Support to be as independent as possible and achieve their rehabilitation goals to include supporting our residents to safely access the community, support people to regain the skills they have lost, and what the role would entail please watch our video detailing a Day in the Life of one of our Support Workers at Brainkind: Working at Brainkind: A day in the life - Millie MAIN PURPOSE To contribute to and have responsibility for providing quality social and vocational support services for People we Support within a specified group at a specified location or group of locations, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Employment details: Team Leader Horsham Salary: Up to £15.21 per hour plus £1 per hour location allowance Hours: 35 hours per week Kerwin Court delivers specialist neuro rehabilitation to adults with an acquired brain injury in a residential setting just outside of Broadbridge Heath.
