Responsibilities: The advert points to lead the implementation and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across the service, deliver person-centred care, Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows, and Formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or a related field, such as Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or Autism Studies, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring also have an additional facility within the grounds of the hospital, offering opportunities for individuals who require bespoke packages of care, as part of bespoke therapeutic placement (BTP) offering, Formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or a related field, such as Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or Autism Studies, Experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing, implementing, and reviewing PBS interventions, and Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
