Responsibilities: The advert points to older people with complex needs, including those living with a dementia, deliver compassionate, person-centred care every day, You’ll assist senior management, supervise staff, and help ensure the safety, dignity and wellbeing of those we support, and deliver high standards of care • Champion a holistic, person-centred approach tailored to older adults What we’re looking for: • Competence in written and spoken English • Previous experience of working with vulnerable adults / older people • Strong communication and teamwork skills • A genuine passion for supporting older people Experience in a Senior role and an HNC in Social Care, SVQ Level III (Health and Social Care), or equivalent is desirable, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
