Responsibilities: The advert points to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that helps clients build confidence, develop independence and make positive life choices, plan and deliver an enhanced support service that promotes client choice and control, identify needs, manage risk, develop outcome-focused support plans and access the right services to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes, and service development, support complex cases, work with partner agencies and help design in-house support provision, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring bring: NVQ Level 4 qualification, or equivalent, in a related field, or a willingness to work towards this, Knowledge of the benefits system and understanding of supportive housing funding streams and reporting requirements, The ability to plan, deliver and evaluate specialist client-focused services, including holistic support needs and risk assessments, and Knowledge of legislation relating to Health & Safety and Safeguarding of clients and staff.
