Responsibilities: The advert points to join the service as we continue to modernise how we support our customers through an ongoing programme of digital transformation, As part of a busy, multi-functional team, the post holder will deliver a professional and customer-focused service across a wide range of Council services, The post holder will support customers through a variety of channels, including telephone, face-to-face and digital platforms, including our digital adviser, Millie, helping customers access the right services quickly and easily, and undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have experience of working in a customer service role, dealing with members of the public and working in a team environment, as well as knowledge of standard software packages including Microsoft Office and previous use of a CRM application, It is essential that are outgoing and team oriented and customer focused, with effective communication skills and a flexible approach to resolving customer issues, and It is desirable that hold an SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
